After graduating from Leicester College of Art, Kasia immediately moved to London and became a busy freelance illustrator working for the numerous and flourishing magazines of the day such as Nova, Radio Times and Penthouse, then for two intense years she worked exclusively, illustrating and designing, for the launch of Barbara Huliniki's iconic New Biba department store on Kensington High Street. Today much of her original work for Biba can be found in The Victoia & Albert Museum, London.
Kasia subsiquently moved to Canada working pimaraly in advertising and design, before changing course to become a successful children's book illustrator, for which she has won numerous awards.
Today she continues with book projects and is pursuing a return to her painting roots.
